Langara College, here I come!
I am quite excited about this part lecture, part studio survey class I will be teaching at Langara this spring. Starting up in March- we will be using some of the plant materials from Langara campass and delving into some interesting conversations about what makes environmental art environmental, or eco, or green- and what the difference may be in the first place! for more info click here
Environmental Art 101
Environmental artist Sharon Kallis will lead this dynamic 8 week course as a fun, survey-seminar approach to investigating all things eco-art. You’ll discover what eco-art is and its roll in greening our life outlook and where it’s historical roots stem from. Part lecture and part workshop, this course starts at the beginning and gets to what eco-art is all about.
